RPC Software offers software support 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A RPC representative will contact the user within 60 minutes of a question. If necessary, we will access the users system to resolve the questions.

- On-site Training:
- On-site training allows your entire office/sales/management personnel to be instructed in the use of the desktop and web portions of the software. One-half day training is recommended followed-up by one-half day of using CORE while we are on-site.
Depending on the size of your Dealership Training should take 3-7 days on average.
Hands on training has proven to be the easiest and best way to learn software.
