Feature: Once the customer information has been entered it can be used throughout CORE.
Benefit: No longer do you have to enter the same data again and again. Just type in the customer name and the order header is completed with all the customer 'bill to' and 'ship to' and 'taxing' information. If the 'ship to' changes just mouse click the new address and it is entered instantaneously for you with the correct 'taxing' requirement for that city, county, parish, zip code, state, etc.

Feature: Any change made to an order in CORE will have an 'audit trail' created.
Benefit: If anyone makes a change to the order an 'audit trail' is created showing the person that made the change, the date and time of day and what was changed.
Features: Work orders and delivery tickets are generated in CORE. (Add-on Module)
Benefit: Now your installers will have in-hand a computer generated work-order or delivery ticket to carry to the work site. Either the dealership can print-out the work-order or delivery ticket or the installers can access the Internet and review their work schedule and printout their own documents.
